Roksana obtained her undergraduate degree at McMaster University, graduating with a combined Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in 2011. She then pursued her legal studies at the University of Birmingham Law School, one of the leading Russell Group research universities in the United Kingdom.  While in law school, she was a member of the student law society, competed in the school’s mooting competition and volunteered for the on-campus legal advice clinic.  She returned to Hamilton after graduating in 2013 and began working at Camporese Sullivan Di Gregorio, during which time she completed her accreditation examinations and articling. She was called to the bar in June 2015.

She practices civil litigation with a focus on insurance defence, personal injury, statutory accident benefits and general negligence claims.

Roksana is a member of the following professional associations:

  • Law Society of Upper Canada
  • Hamilton Law Association
  • Canadian Defence Lawyers
  • Hamilton Medical-Legal Association

She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice and before several administrative bodies, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Roksana has close ties with the Polish-Canadian community in Hamilton and is able to speak, write and read fluently in Polish. She welcomes the opportunity to assist Polish-speaking members of the community.

She is an avid tennis and soccer fan and is always up for a good sports debate.
